Chief Seattle Council welcomes all Cub Scouts, parents and leaders to come up to Camp Sheppard for wintertime fun! Located in the scenic Cascade Mountains just minutes from Crystal Mountain ski area, this alpine camp offers activities including tubing, fort building (weather permitting), day hikes, games, advancements, crafts and more! Snowy conditions are not guaranteed but there will still be plenty to do. Increase the fun by participating as a pack or den! 

Camp Sheppard’s nine heated cabins each sleep 22 in bunks with mattresses. Restrooms are centrally located and the lodge provides a warm haven. The trading post will be open with snacks, craft and advancement items, t-shirts and more.

REGISTRATION

THIS IS A VERY POPULAR CAMP, SO REGISTER EARLY!  Packs can register as a group, as individual families, or you have the option of reserving a whole cabin, which would be used exclusively by your pack or den members. Either way, male Scouts and adults will be housed in separate cabins from female Scouts and adults.

Session 4: February 7-9

Here are your plan options:

Friday Night Arrival $120 each
Friday after dinner (check in 6:30pm-9:00pm) to Sunday morning 10:00am. Includes 4 meals and 2 nights’ lodging.

Saturday Morning Arrival $110 each
Saturday 9:30am to Sunday 10:00am.  Includes lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast and one night’s lodging.

Cabin Reservation
You have the option to reserve cabins for just your pack’s use.  You must have 22 either male or female participants and choose the Friday Night Arrival option.  Please reserve at one time as a group. No refunds for cabin buy-outs.

To register you may pay by the following methods: Pay Pal, Credit Card, E-Check, Mail-in Check, or Scout Bucks. If you choose to pay with Scout Bucks, at Check-Out select "Mail-in Check" option. Be prompt with your payment or you risk losing your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
REFUND POLICY Preparing for camp requires us to purchase food, supplies, equipment, hire staff and keep camp facilities in good repair in anticipation of the number of participants registered to attend. Fees One week prior to your camp session: A full refund can be requested. No refunds for Cabin Buyout Up to 30 days after your session: Accident, serious illness, or death in the immediate family- up to 50% refund (doctor’s confirmation required) Scout moved away or is leaving Scouting. up to 50% refund Examples of circumstances NOT qualifying for a refund: Conflicts with activities such as family vacations, sports teams, school activities, and etc. Refunds do not include Scout Bucks or Camperships. 30 days or later following your camp session: Refund requests received 30+ days following the camp session will not be processed. NO REFUNDS FOR CABIN BUYOUTS Refund Requests All refunds must be requested in writing. Please review the cancellation guidelines above to determine whether you qualify.
